Hope you caught POP TRASH on television!

Pop Trash debuted a few new songs on the mini-tour of the midwest. Fans that attended were the first to sample "Gift of Prophecy", "Mr. Anti-socialite" and "Feel Alright Again". The band is eyeing the end of the year to begin recording these songs and more for a new album.

Pop Trash just recently filmed two more television shows MUSIC @ MUNCHIES and THIS WEEK IN ALBION. No date on when those will air. MUSIC @ MUNCHIES had performances both by Pop Trash and The McBride Brothers, as did THIS WEEK IN ALBION.

DIAMOND ACOUSTIC PRESENTS SONGWRITERS CIRCLE will air August 15t @ 10 p.m. There is also an entire episode dedicated to POP TRASH upcoming. No information on when that episode will air.

POP TRASH recently filmed an episode of the "DIAMOND ACOUSTIC" television show. He was a part of the 'Songwriters Circle' with musicians Jen Fisher, Matt Taylor, and Kevin Hiatt. Kyle was the youngest member of the pannel. The episode will be premiering in August for Fort Wayne, IN residents. The episode has been nominated for a Philo T. Farnsworth Award for excellence in television entertainment. The winners will be announced at the ceremony in October.

Pop Trash will be performing at the 2003 WINDSONG INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL. This year, it will be held at Elmurst Auditorium (Ft. Wayne, IN) May 12-18. Pop Trash will be performing during the awards ceremony held May 18. Also performing that night will be Arvel Bird, Pop Trash producer and musician in his own right.

Kyle won Windsong's 'Outstanding Achievement in Songwriting' honors at last year's festival for the song "Lost at Sea" which appeared in the film Last Seat in the House. This year, he will be there in support of a film called The G Is Silent which will premiere at the festival. He co-wrote and co-starred in the short film with Andrea Coltraynuh.".

Kyle will be performing with a side project called 219 at the Demuzio Center in Carlinville, iL - March 26. A blues/rock inspired project, 219 features Kyle on guitar, Brian Armstrong (Stere-o-type) on bass, Sherie Van Helfren (Luceen Da'sky) on drums and harmonicist Kwarma.
